Story: South Korea launches 10,000-school Linux programme

Although I am not british I sometimes wonder.
The british car industry is gone while the South Koreans produce, with a profit, cars that look very much like the Jaguar and the Rover. Also they seem to understand the andvantage of OSS.
Perhaps there is something else to life but gardening, perhaps there is something wrong in the water you drink.
Perhaps I am wrong, who knows.
