ESSENTIALS OF E-COMMERCE

One of the essentials of e-commerce is the mutual trust between the purchasers and sellers. The second one is the assurance on the part of the seller and service providers that the information supplied by the purchsers will not be compromised and misused.

The leakage of data and personal information has a devastating effect on the confidence of the web shoppers' and the safeguard of their personal information must be the priority of the web sellers.

The lack of proper safeguard may be a death knell for e- commerce.
