"As to rumblings that Dell is cutting back on its forums to squelch any negative postings, Davis said moderators remove offensive language but leave even the most critical messages to stand intact. They're even archived."

Anybody who has been to these forums lately, will know that Dell has seriously moved down-hill.

I suppose that anyone who took the time to check out the forums, would realize that Dell has earned itself a terrible reputation.

My advice to those looking to purchase from Dell: check out resellerratings.com Or search for a product that Dell sells on the pricegrabber.com site.
Once there, you will see further customer reviews regarding Dell.
Not a pretty sight!

I suspect that Dell didn't like this on their very own site, to be sure.
