Story: Concern grows about Bulldog's broadband service

Friends,
I feel the most worst broadband and unreliable broadband in UK is "BULLDOG".I have lost so many pounds to call them on a query but no solution.They cheated me alot.They sent their sales agent to my house.I have signed a contract.In that,he said we can get free UK land line calls till the end of contract,he said so many free benefits are there with their service.But finally,after two months ,I have realised they are charging for free ones too.I called them.They asked for written proof.I ve sent them written proof (contract papers).In those papers,It is mentioned promotional offers. in that column,they mentioned its free.But Agent told us it is free for 6 months..These grt BULLDOG(BULLSHIT Comapany) company people (inc.managers) asked me show proof .They said that it is free only for one month .But agent when we took the connection told that it is free till the end of contract.
How can i person show written proof except contract papers.In contract papers they dint mention any thing about the duration of promotional offers.I ve tried to call the agent.It is not working..So i ve realised that i was cheated by them..
So many issues like this..Be careful when a sales agent or sales call approch you from this bullshit company..
BULL DOG is most dangerous and unrealiable company in UK
