Story: Bulldog blames BT for service failures
It took Bulldog five months to begin an investigation in to the speed problems on my exchange.
Bulldog senior management have failed to put a fault tracking and escalation system in place. The call center staff just run around chasing their tail. I was only able to get my connection issue investigated because one of Bulldog's more senior/capable engineers read my post on a forum.
