Story: Bulldog blames BT for service failures
I can echo many of the sentiments expressed here. My telephone service went dead for 14 days in april and now again it has been out of service since the 12th of july (which is now 19 days by my reckoning. I have sent them a total of ten emails with regard to these problems and have had no contact whatsoever from them. It seems there is no solution that doesn't involve a huge inconvenience. Staying with bulldog is torture but trying to change ISPs is even harder. Bulldog doesn't need bad press, they need lawsuits. This is irresponsible business at its worst. They are cheats and swindlers - may they perish in flames.
