I paid £900 for a tiny computer tower from time computers a year ago-it did not work from day 1 but i could not get time to fix it so i got a solicitor to get in touch with them, time totaly ignored all letters sent,So I had to pay the solicitors bill for nothing. When I started to take out a claim in the small claims court I was contacted by a Mrs Sharon Haworth of Leagal Services for time computers saying how sorry she was about my problem and how she wanted to put things right, she aggreed to send me a new tower and refund me money for costs I had payed. After sending the old tower back in early june this year I have heared nothing from time or Mrs Haworth, I hope she is the first to lose her job never to find another one. This has always been a bad company to get involved with so if i have lost my £900 then i have my self to blame for dealing with them.
