It couldn't have happened to a nicer bunch. Well known for selling broken kit, and failing to deal satisfactory with the numerous after sales complaints they got. Consistently bottom of all customer satisfaction surveys by quite some distance.
Just to rub salt in the wound, despite having gone into administration, as I write this their web sites are not only still up and running, but also still accepting new orders.
