How can it be fair when it cannot be mentioned that AMD are far superior to Intel & cheaper? How can it be fair if it is not allowed to say that Intel processors are crap? All the evidence supports AMDs claim to puperiority and all the evidence proves Intel have used extortion, bribery and threats to sell their inferior products. It's not fair that consumers will not be allowed to hear the facts and make any informed decision before a purchase. Both Intel & Microsoft should be forced to reimburse all users of their products to return the extra costs paid in overcharging. We should also be paid compensation for having our right of choice taken away from us by Intel, Microsoft and any company that backed down and stopped using AMD. If I was as big as Dell, I would have told Intel where to go, stopped using Intel, used AMD and passed the savings on to the consumer. The UK needs a full & proper investigation into Intel, Microsoft & Dell and Directors should be prosecuted for deception, fraud, extortion and theft. They steal peoples money by not allowing them to purchase a better product cheaper. Competition law should be enforced and those at senior levels brought to book. All assets should be seized from those Directors responsible, including their fat bank accounts.
