Story: Skype issues Windows upgrade

Kind of glad there isn't any e-bay integration. I'm getting fed up of downloading one program only to be told in the installation I can (or in some cases must) install a program from another manufacturer.

If I wanted that other program I would have downloaded the flaming thing!

An example of this is Acrobat Reader, which wants you to load a toolbar for Yahoo or something. I don't want any toolbars, I just want to read PDF documents. If I'd wanted another toolbar, I would have gone and downloaded it.

Why do companies waste my bandwidth, storage space and time downloading additional components that I have shown no interest in?
