I had one of the faulty HP notebook batteries and it caused my Evo notebook to melt setting off my fire alarm,i returned the notebook to hp and they have still not sent me a replacement.
I contacted there customer services again after informing me that the matter was being investigated and a month later they told me that they have never received it.
I have lost all faith in HP and there customer support after they lost my notebook.
I will be purchasing a new laptop but you can rest assured that it wont be from HP.

Regretfully
