Story: Don't let up in ID card battle
Stevie,
Iris scans are very seldom found at the scene of a crime and DNA samples are not (yet) proposed to be added to the Identity database, so I'm afraid cross referencing fingerprints with those other biometrics is not even a starter.
People have even been known to move from one area to another - Mr. Smith from Surrey will almost certainly have to be investigated by the police - if he has a reasonable alibi it will probably go no further. If he doesn't, then that's another matter entirely.
