Story: Companies urged to switch PCs off

To produce 1 kW of electricity power plant emits 2.5 pounds of CO2. So reducing energy consumption of our PCs is very important.

What we can do right now:
- turn off monitor when not using it,
- turn off PC at night, disconnect it from oullet,
- use programs like CPUIdle (drastically reduces CPU power consumption).
