For small security businesses the fees involved here are way out of their league. If the scheme really wants to show people how to get safe online surely they should be completely independent to ensure un-biased advice?

I run a new UK based start-up business named ClearMyMail.com, we could not even consider becoming involved in such a scheme even though our product competes with some of the main sponsors.
