Redesigning of millions of web pages is going to happen anyway. Might as well conform to an open industry standard then. And when also done with Open Source solutions like Apache and others the ability to quickly react to changing market demands (including legally related ones if ever) will only increase.

Now is the time to start taking this danger VERY seriously. This is big and very nasty business in action. The objective seems absolutely clear. Destroy GPL and 'steal' all the technology. An activity with plenty of precedence.
