Sony are stupid, stupid, stupid. As a Sony fan who adores their kit I think they have shot themselves in the foot pretty badly on this one.
But please don't boycott the PS3 and PSP - they will still sell like hot potatoes and you won't really achieve anything, and as a PSP owner I can honestly say it's the best thing since sliced bread.
I think the pigeons will soon come home to roost without our intervention. Boycot CDs by all means, but don't let them spoil your enjoyment of what are after all excellent consumer electronics.
