They (Sony) DID not get the word OUT

Oct 2006 will be a Month I'll not forget- Van Zant crashed my Cd drives and more. Went on line to try to find out what was up - came across ALL kinds of stuff of Sony DRM - Called the store I got it from - BEST BUYs - one year after all this went down THEY still haven't heard anything about this problem. I was trying to explain it to them - they couldn't have cared less - they have received NO recall on the product and their GEEK Squad was clueless.
