Story: EU accused of illegal data sharing

To Anonymous above. Yeah, that may be true. But are we as a society really going to accept this and let it happen so easily? Of course one asks what can we really do about it? But this sharing of personal data and basically presumming that we are guilty until proven innocent really bothers me. Democracy is termed alot these days but we are continually being manipulated and controlled by the various Governments and global corporations, and the joke is that we let it happen far to easily. I am feeling increasingly frustrated with this (myself included). Terrorism will always excist and I am convinced all these measures won't make a real difference. I am convinced that especially in the US, the best way to control the nation is through fear and this is why the Bush administration has been so successful. And Blair and other European leaders are trying this tactic as well. I am also convinced that there willl be a backlash oneday and I truly help this will happen soooner than later, in my lifetime, before it's too late! Nuff said...
