Where were you behind the scenes?

At what point in the article and, specifically, in the photographs were you 'behind the scenes'? From the text and the pictures it's quite obvious that you were visiting the lounge like any other traveler. Don't promis things you then don't keep in the content.

Also, the same goes for saying that Google 'admitted' that they will observe how people use their apps. As if they were trying to conceal that. Yeah, right. What else would be the purpose to give people free Internet access with your apps?
