Nice bit of news. How did EMFS get to use CRM 3 so early?

We implemented v1.2 in the spring and Ive been blogging my experiences with it for several weeks: www.crmuser.blogspot.com.

We went for MS CRM for all the same reasons. It's got fantastic potential.

If you are out there EMFS, I'd be interested to compare notes.
