Please note that I appear to be a victim of this crime. Do not believe that for one minute any form of helpline exists. It does not. Please ask HMRC about this. Please ask the DWP about this. They are all doing the usual Civil Sevice management techniques of passing the buck and burying heads in the sand. So much for open government.
