When it's 8 times better than the nearest alternative (ISDN) and costs less as well, how many BB users care?
Don't forget most BB users are 'home' users and even at this speed (512) it's a good option for them.
My main concern is not the donwmlink bandwidth but the uplink bandwidth, which limits such things as remote backups etc.
