qwertz - that would be Germany (and probably Austria and German-speaking Switzerland).

I've always imagined that the different punctuation layout between the US and UK is to do with sticking the pound sign (£) in. Why this has to make everything so different I don't know, but I'm pretty sure that's the only symbol we have on our keyboards that they don't
