It is the responsibility of the toothless governements to protect its citizens against life threatening companies. As we are dependent (through econmic and market engineering) on Microsoft Software it should be put by force into the public domain where it can be properly accessed and assesed and where required improved.

Failure to do so will make the EU and Microsoft liable for damages, there legal caveats are no longer acceptable.
