Story: Aramiska satellite broadband collapses
Do eHotspot care for their customers?
It seems that eHotspot are not enabling all customers access to their new satellite setup follwoing collapse of Aramiska. Those in the North of Peterborough area are yet to be given access to services provided by eHotpsot more than a week after service was due to be restored. Numerous e-mails, telephone calls and an official complaint have elicited zero response.
I'd be interested if anyone else is suffering this problem.
