BT make huge profits whilst only spending in the profitable areas. Rural areas are left out in the cold..... my exchange was enabled before Christmas 2005 but I can not get Broadband as BT REFUSE to remove the DACS on my line, apparently because they are too tight to spend money on the infrastructure in a rural area.
The RIBS project has to use tax-payers money in order to get BT to do this!!!
