Sound like some scumbag lawyer is going to get paid. No wonder Dell the mfg did not comment. It was probably brought to their attenton from one of the millions of bottom-feeding scum attorneys looking to get a pay check. Interesting case, seems like one which could go on long time. Bet they get paid by the hour! I feel sorry for Mr.Dell the website owner. It's david vs goliath, How much will it cost to pay off the judge to take his head out of you know where and use common sense that making computers is not the same as making web sites. I would think as long as you had a disclaimer on the site that your company is not affiliated with the cheap child chinese labor computer mfg, that would be alright.
