how old is Mr. Dell?
If he was born BEFORE the DELL company existed then HE has the copyright on the name and not the company...he could sue their asses into the ground claiming 'prior art'...

I seriously hope he does this as it will show these large companies that they cant just push people around.

Hopefully, given the serious financial problems Dell (company) is having, lawsuits by people with the surname Dell (personally I'd claim the company was bringing my surname into disrepute with fairly shoddy overpriced PCs (but thats my opinion)) will bring Dell to its knees...
