Story: Dell sues Dell over Web hosting site

This is crazy. Dell themselves are named after their founder, Michael Dell.

There is no overlap between the services Paull Dell is offering and those of Dell the company.

If we were to use Dell's example, none of the thousands of John Smiths in the world could register anything in their name because it's a name of a brand of beer.

So what right has Michael Dell, that Paul Dell hasn't?
