I beleive the reason for the shortage of IT Experts is due to the fact that to many of them are out there with there ENcE or CISSP claiming to be, "EXPERTS". They goto school, get the test prep, and get there cert but still know nothing about computers. The ones that should be experts are not due to the fact that they do not have the schooling to back them. But the Hackers, Crackers, And Preaks out there, finding all the exploits and security flaws knowing that they know what they are doing, while the "EXPERTS" are thumbing thru files, invading our rights to privacy not minding any laws to evidence, and giving that which is not relavent to the case, to the people for public knowledge.

The real experts are the ones playing the games writting the code, not going out, rather be on a computer 24 hours a day, geeky, antisocial kids that there curiosity of security and finding new ways to do things without reading a book.

we are the hackers, crackers, phreakers, yes and even the script kiddys
