Story: O2 baffled by huge roaming bill

He obviously doesn't understand how this device works. It doesn't just download the new messages off the server everytime he polls it, it downloads everything. If his mailbox is huge every single message is downloaded everytime he polls the server.
I think that this is a case of user error rather than network error and O2 should make him pay for the entire bill.
