Story: O2 baffled by huge roaming bill
I have an XDA II and have similarly had non-stop billing problems with O2. I am cut off every month, despite the fact my bills are always paid by direct debit. It usually takes 48 hours to get re-connected, O2 admit it's their fault but can't offer any explanation and then the whole cycle repeats itself the following month. And to cap it all...O2 have several times tried to charge me for reconnection!!!!
