Open office is really good. The best thing is its free as in free speech and free as in free beer. It may lack some features found in M$ Office but I am sure it will catch up. Finally, I can work on a office suite that does not save my file in propritary formats. This means I am virtually guarenteed of having an application that will open my files 10 years from now. GNU/Linux, KDE, GNOME and Open Office are the best things to happen in the feild of computer science. Thanks a ton to all open office developers and the open source community in general !
