Open Office doesn't do everything that MS office does but for most users that isn't a problem. Yes open office isn't perfect and it does have bugs in it, but no more than MS office has, although microsoft like to call these bugs undocumented features. Perhaps open office is behind Ms office but nomore than a couple of years behind and it is catching up rapidly, I can't wait for the next major release
