Finally someone is championing the need for a debate on DRM - it's high time the UK had a radical rethink of the systems and processes behind content delivery in today's digital age.

Balancing the interests of content owners, carrier and consumers is no simple task but it has to be addressed. Mr. Wyatt's suggestion of involving the British Library as an independent intermediary is a sure fire step to setting an industry standard and making illegal content distribution a thing of the past.
