Who fucked that part up?
Also if the operators are bringing in all these options for their customers to make their roaming calls cheaper by up to 30 - 40 % they wont mind the regulatory officials brining in laws forcing them to cut 40% off the costs of roaming calls because it will have NO impact at all on the price people pay for roaming as they are already paying 40% less thanks to these amazing add ons!.
Unless of course the operators are keeping quiet about these tarrifs hoping no one sees them!
