Hi
I would suggest to have "CAPTIVE BPO", this will help any organization which has got minimum 2000 employees to establish a Captive BPO and create a Business entity by itself.Tthis would enable to take care of the Expenses and build value for the core business. Thus really turning IT cost into Benefit.
