I like Dell because of the costumer direct shipping and hardware options. Like the (PCI) card dock for an 802.11b/g Wi-Fi (PCMCIA) plug&Play for DSL and standing router; using a laptop sleeve type configuration. Also, the up do date cooling solutions for the commercial users' of 2D multi-screen monitor piramids and quad-arrays.
This company has the industry leadership role and does everything for education and municiple libraries.
