Story: Linux brings VMware into the fold

Xen, VMware, VMI?? We all agree that they are pretty much the defacto providers of virtualisation technology today. So instead of being concerned that VMI sounds too much like VMware Interface, why not blend in both names and call it XVMI for eXtensible Virtual Machine Interface. After all, the interface will be extended over time, won't it?? ( ...And privately both Xen and VMware can be happy that it sounds a lot like Xen-VMware Interface. )
