Mr. Kanellos needs to be more factual and less opinionated. RAMBUS is not a very ethical company as has been stated in a court of law, as well as modifying some of their existing patents with Industry Standards after they agreed not to in hopes that they can extort money to satisfy their own greed. Expecting lay-persons to pass judgement on IC design is ludicrus and RAMBUS should not only be fined they should be drawn and quartered.
