1Gb is a single SODIMM.

This is a step in the right direction but I still feel we aren't getting a pro model yet. Whilst Apple are shipping the ExpressCard/34 (why no/54 on this size machine???) with little use today. The /34 slot cannot take a Compact Flash adpator - which wil mean another adaptor for Professional Photographers. There is no External SATA connector which would be a useful asset to many although the FW800 will appease the Mac comunity. The other noticable absence is S-Video although thsi is available through an Apple supplied dongle. The track pad still has a single button - which I cannot understand especally now boot camp is out.

Overall though this is the first Intel machine that has got me think about upgrading - but I'm confident that rev B will be a credible machine.
