Although you say that "A European Union judge on Thursday challenged a landmark European Commission antitrust decision", I personally believe that the Judge merely asked the tough questions so that the Commission would have an opportunity to answer them. And with Tridge present, I am sure that the Commission had some very good answers indeed.
