Story: BT to sell Wi-Fi mobiles for business

The white paper mentions about BT Fusion which already converges fixed line with mobile which is already implemented. What is the reason for the delay in introducing BT enterprise which is FMC using WiFi technology ? Is there work needed on the technology end ? or is it merely to give time to mobile operators ? 2007 sounds a long time away .
