Story: Sainsbury's hypes Skype
"The tie-up could be a turning point in bringing VoIP to a mass market"
Also it could be a turning-point -- I can but hope --
with Skype starting to offer a proper service particularly in providing usable paid-for calls, and offering even basic customer support.
However, this will only happen if Skype is made to rectify the myriad of problems they, or rather we, currently suffer.
Perhaps Sainsbury's will be able to force this. Otherwise UK Trading Standards offices are going to be busy.
