How very generous of M$ to so magnanimously refrain from suing Ling's unsuspecting customers for complicity or whatever in purchasing pirated software. They are indeed the innocent victims in this charade and with its vast resources, I have an incredibly hard time reconciling M$ as being a victim, innocent or otherwise.

My experience of M$ practices vis-a-vis first-time buyers who inadvertently buy incorrectly licensed software suggests the terms "innocent" or "victim" are a misnomer which would not be my first choice when considering M$'s hardly desirable practices.
