Story: Berners-Lee calls for Net neutrality
"Although Berners-Lee offered his support for Net neutrality, he does not support a completely unregulated telecoms and Internet market."
What a strange sentence. "Net neutrality" IS regulation of the internet -- it tells the owners of the data pipes what they may and may not impose as rules governing the use of their property. If Mr. Berners-Lee supports property rights violations such as this, it's obvious he doesn't support a "completely unregulated" market.
