Marguerite - interesting analysis of the competitive threats for Vonage. You are right -they face stiff competition. I did a blog post this morning comparing Skype and Vonage. Skype's website gets 8.5 times more visits than Vonage (according to Hitwise)! Skype's main source of visits is Bebo with 58% of visits coming from Bebo last week. The partnership really seems to be working - at least to get people to Skype's site!
