'... the money to finance the EU should come from the benefits engendered by the EU'. How is e-mail a benefit engendered by the EU? Did the EU invent e-mail? Is the EU necessary for the continued existence of e-mail?

The EU should fund itself by taxing every idiotic statement made by its ministers.
