Story: AOL customer service is still a concern

AOL customer service is nil. On of the reasons I joined aol this year was their offer of free telephone help line shortly after signing on it changed to 0870 number. When I agreed to a contract for broadband I assumed it was a two way contract but they can cancel the free phone service without breaking the contract but I am tied for another few months I will then say bye bye. Two weeks ago I spent 3 days on the phone to INDIA. I could not understand them and I finished up at Good Hope Hospital Birmingham with heart palpitations due to the stress that I got due to their INDIA customer service.
Today I followed their on line instructions on Disk Derfaragmenter I got as far as Defragmenting drive c got 0% complete then screen freezes. Tried 3 times same result.
