Story: Elonex customers left without warranty cover

I have also found that Elonex will not honour exisiting warranty claims. There website makes no reference to this, and still allows people to submit a warranty support request! You will however find that you receive no response if you complete this form.
My exentia pc went back 3 times for essentially the same problem under warranty (faulty graphics card I think- loads of display problems), was never fixed and the problem has now recurred. I am now left with a useless chunk of metal and plastic, which displays no picture. I bought this partly because it had a 3 year warranty, and this has now been wiped out. Very irritated!
